ወቅታዊ የጤና ባለሙያዎችን ሁኔታ በተመለከት ከኢትዮጲያ ጤና ባለሙያዎች ማህበር የተሰጠ መግለጫ :-

የኢትዮጵያ ጤና ባለሙያዎች ማህበር ለዘመናት ሲንከባለሉ የቆዩ የጤና ባለሙያዎችን ጥያቄዎች በማስታወስ እና አንገብጋቢ ጥያቄዎችን ለመንግሥት እና ለተለያዩ አካላት ማቅረባችን ይታወሳል።

ጤና ባለሙያዎች ላነሷቸው ጥያቄዎች ምንም ተጨባጭ መፍትሄ ባለመሰጠቱ ምክንያት ባለሙያዎች በራሳቸው መንገድ መብታቸውን በህጋዊ እና ሰላማዊ መንገድ ሲጠይቁ ቆይተዋል። ለዚህም ፍተሃዊና ሰላማዊ ጥያቄ እንደ ማህበር እውቅናና ድጋፍ በመስጠት መንግስት ተገቢውን ምላሽ እንዲሰጣቸው ቀደም ሲል ባወጣነው መግለጫችን ማሳወቃችን የሚታወስ ነው።

ጤና ባለሙያዎች ያነሷቸዉ ጥያቄዎች በተገቢዉ መንገድ መፍትሄ ባለማግኘታቸዉ ወደ ስራ ማቆም አድማ ተሸጋግረዋል። አሁንም ጉዳዩ እልባት ሊበጅለት ይገባል።

የኢትዮጵያ ሰብዓዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን ጤና ባለሙያዎችን ከመንግስት ጋር አቀራርቦ ለማደራደር ፣ ለማወያየት እያደረገ ያለዉን ጥረት ያደንቃል እዉቅናም ይሰጣል ።

የኢትዮጵያ ጤና ባለሙያዎች ማህበር ከኢትዮጵያ ሰብዓዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን ጋር
እያደረገ ያለዉን ዉይይት አጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል። ጥረቱ ቀጥሎ ችግሮች ሰላማዊ መፍትሄ እንዲያገኙ እንሻለን።

በዚህ መሰረት ማህበሩ ተከታዮቹን የመፍትሄ አቅጣጫ ያስቀምጣል፦

1.በፈጠራ የወንጀል ክስ እና ምክንያታዊ ባልሆነ ጥርጣሬ በእስር የሚገኙ ጤና ባለሙያዎችና ሰራተኞች ያለምንም ቅድሜ ሁኔታ ሙሉ በሙሉ ከእስር ይፈቱ!

ኢትዮጵያ አባል የሆነችበትን የአለማቀፍ ሰራተኞች ድርጂት /ILO/ ለሰራተኞች በግልፅ የሰጠዉን የመደራጀት እና በጋራ ድርድር የማድረግ መብትን የሚፃረር ነዉ።

2. በጤና ባለሙያዎች ላይ እየደረሱ ያሉ ከስራ ማሰናበት ፣ ጥያቄ እየጠየቁ ያሉ ባለሙያዎችን ምክንያት ያደረገ አዲስ ቅጥር ማዉጣት ፣ ዛቻና ማስፈራርያ ባስቸኳይ ይቁም ።

3 .ከሁሉም ሙያ ማህበራት ፣ ከሲቪል ማህበረሰብ አባላት ፣ ከመንግስት ስራ ሀላፊዎች የተወጣጣ የድርድር አፈጻጸሙን የሚከታተል ኮሚቴ ተዋቅሮ ወደ ስራ ይግባ።

4. ማነኛውንም ሰራተኛ ኢትዮጲያ ፈርማ በተቀበለቻቸው አለምአቀፍ ህግጋት እንዲሁም በኢፌድሪ ህገመንስት ላይ በተደነገገው መሰረት መብቱን የመጠየቅ ዋስትና /warranty/ እንዲሰጠዉ እንጠይቃለን ።

በመጨረሻም ጤና ባለሙያዎች ለዘመናት ሲያነሷቸዉ የቆዩ ጥያቄዎች በውይይትና በድርድር እንዲፈታ ስንል አፅንዎት እናሳስባለን።
